Overnight Air Freight provider Air-T announces revenue increase

Air T provides overnight air-freight service to the express-delivery industry, also making and servicing aircraft ground-support and special-purpose industrial equipment. Air T Inc.'s net income rose to $538,000, or 22 cents per diluted share, for its second fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30. That's up from net income of $371,000, or 14 cents per diluted share, the Maiden-based company earned in the same period last year. Revenue increased 18 percent to $17.4 million in the latest quarter.
